He Ever Leads

Though He may lead over bright mountainside,

Or down in deep valley so drear,

Through sunshine or rain, whatever betide,

My loving shepard is near.

Though he may lead over rough , rugged road

Where briars and thorns sharply sting,

He binds up my wounds and lightens my load,

And causes my heart to sing.

He ever leads though my faith my grow dim,

And weary of soul I become;

He whispers sweet peace, restores faith within,

And strengthens on my way Home.

Led By The Spirit

For as many as are led by the spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (Rom8:14.)

Lead Us

Lead us to holiness---the road

That we must take to dwell with God:

Lead us to Christ----the Living Way

Nor let us from his pastures stray:

Lead us to God----our final rest,

In His enjoyment to be blessed:

Lead us to heaven---the seat of bliss,

Where pleasure in perfection is.
